Eric Lefebvre

Eric Lefebvre, originally from Cagnes-sur-Mer in southern France, moved to Costa Rica in early 2017 with his two children to build a new life. Passionate about cooking and skilled in business management, he began his journey by acquiring a hotel in Samara, where he started guiding guests toward real estate opportunities. After selling the hotel, he focused fully on real estate, completed numerous successful transactions, and strengthened his market expertise through collaboration with RE/MAX. In 2025, with more than eight years of experience and a strong international client portfolio, he founded Tendance Immo Latina to serve a diverse clientele with a special focus on the French-speaking market.
