Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
At Tendance Immo Latina, protecting your personal data matters to us. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what your rights are — in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide: name, email address, phone number and the messages you send through our forms (contact, property enquiry, valuation request, viewing booking).
Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and time spent. This data is used to keep the site running properly and to measure its audience.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used solely to:
- answer your enquiries and follow them up;
- connect you with an adviser for your property project;
- send you alerts about properties matching your criteria, if you have opted in;
- improve the website and prevent fraudulent use.
We do not carry out any automated decision-making about you.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data. It may only be shared in the following cases:
- with our technical providers (hosting, email, analytics), acting on our behalf;
- with the adviser responsible for the property you contacted us about;
- with the competent authorities, where required by law.
4. Data Security
We implement measures to protect your data: encrypted transmission (HTTPS/SSL), restricted access to personal information, and regular backups. As no system is infallible, we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we undertake to inform you in the event of a breach affecting your data.
5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
This site uses cookies:
- Essential cookies: required for the site to function. They cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookies: they help us understand how the site is used. They are only set with your consent.
You may accept, refuse or change your choice at any time via the "Manage cookies" banner at the bottom of every page.
6. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data.
To exercise these rights, write to us at [email protected]. We will reply within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country of residence.
7. Bot Protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
To protect our forms from spam and automated abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving alternative to traditional CAPTCHAs.
Turnstile may operate in invisible mode: it analyses technical signals from your browser in the background (device and behavioural characteristics) in order to tell real visitors from automated bots. It requires no action from you and displays no challenge.
Cloudflare processes this information for security purposes only. It is not used to track you across websites, nor for advertising.
For further details, please see the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum and the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
